ChooseESC! regional press event in Exeter/UK

On 17 October 2008, eSafetyAware partners ROADSAFE and Bosch organised a regional press event in the scope of the UK "Driving for better Business (DfBB)" campaign at the Devon driving centre near Exeter.

This initiative aims at reducing the number of deaths and injuries on the road, whilst driving on business. One simple step to make company cars and vans safer would be for fleet managers and specifiers to require all new vehicles to be fitted with ESC. That was the message given during the event in Exeter, which saw a morning session for local press and an afternoon session for local fleets including DfBB champions network. Both half day sessions comprised a briefing followed by a ‘with & without ESC’ live demonstration in cars and vans.
